There are quite a few, and I had to leave out some defenders who can be considered as very good. This list is in no particular order!
Arsenal’s best defender since the invincibles, Koscielny took a while to settle at the club, with his infamous mistake against Birmingham in the league cup final in 2011 proving quite costly. But since then he has gone from strength to strength, and has now established himself as one the Premier league’s best defenders. He also chips in with important goals from time to time.
