It's not all that surprising.

Most of the 1st team players Wenger has at his disposal are a level above their counterparts at Sp**s. What differs is the ability to string it all together and create a team which is better than the sum of its part.

Monreal had a silently great game. He didn't do anything wrong. I was impressed the entire time with his control and reading of the game.
