Out of interest, is anyone else getting warning messages flashing up saying thier android phone is infected and then directing to an anti virus install?

It's bloody annoying and making this forum almost unusable...

It's a phishing/trojan scheme. I haven't gotten them since I installed TrustGo. Avast mobile is another one that should help. Clearing your cache should help as a stop gap.

At this point I am happy with this signing. As mentioned, we have relied on Iwobi, Welbeck, and Theo this season. I would much rather roll the dice on Mkh regaining some past form than any of those three. Mourinho and that system was never going to suite him. Let’s support Mkh and stop with the *****ing and whining.

You so called Arsenal fans make me sick, can I please remind you that we are about to not only sell our best player since RVP.. but sell him to Manchester ****ing Utd?
And you people are just accepting it cause we may get Mkhitaryan in a swap deal? are you insane? I see some people are actually happy with this and it blows my mind, lets cut the crap and be real to ourselves here, Mkhitaryan is awful, there I said it, he's so average and will not benefit our team in the slightest, and we are going to lose Alexis Sanchez, how could you people honestly be happy with this? Wenger is just bending over saying how do you want me to Mourinho, grow some ****ing balls and say 'you want Sanchez? ok we want Pogba, let me know when you want to talk'
Thats how winners would react to this, be ruthless, not a little *****!!!
By the way, we won't sign Aubameyang, so don't get hyped, if we magically did though, it wouldn't be to bad losing Sanchez but that is fairytale talk

You are over reacting. Sanchez would not stay anyway. And Mkhitaryan is not average by any stretch of imagination.

How do you know Arsenal won't sign Aubameyang? You have inside information on this? Maybe you moved a filing cabinet and found a portal into the mind of Aubameyang?

As for Alexis, he could have gone to United on a Bosman in five months if they were going to be the highest bidder (which it's become obvious is his primary motivation in light of how he turned his back on his "dream" move to City when United dangled more cash in front of his nose). So isn't it better to get a really good player who fits Arsenal's style in return rather than letting him go there on a free transfer? Sometimes you just have to look at things with logic rather than flying off the handle based on emotion.

Let me be very clear: Mkhitaryan is not by any stretch of the imagination "awful." He's a fantastic talent. He's struggled a bit under Mourinho (a manager who plays very defensively and tends to stifle creativity), but he hasn't been awful. In fact, he was probably their best player in last year's Europa League title run. He's the sort of player who has always been thought to be a great fit for Arsenal. All he needs is to gain his confidence back. And, by the way, most United fans are sorry to see him go. Sven Mislintat, Arsenal's head of recruitment, knows him very well from their days at Dortmund. He knows the player that he is. And he formed one of the most deadly partnerships in Bundesliga history with Aubameyang (who, of course, isn't coming because you said so).

Besides, if Alexis has truly been a disruption in the dressing room this year, it's better that Arsenal get him out of here as quickly as possible (according to James Olley the Arsenal players want him out before the weekend). And while he's still been better than most, Alexis hasn't played up to his usual high standards. Arsenal can finish 6th with him and 6th without him. And there's always the chance that this team starts playing better as a team and sneaks into that 4th spot ahead of Sp**s and Liverpool. We'll see.

This isn't a contest to see who has the biggest Willie. Stop worrying about what others think. Give it time and let's see how this works out. If Arsenal can get that old Dortmund partnership back together, it could be a great upgrade. If they can add Malcom as well, either in January or in the summer, all the better. No need to work yourself into a frenzy.

He may have once been a somewhat good player, I understand that but when we are losing our best player who is light years ahead of the player in question, it's just unacceptable
Its seems to me that since we've been linked to him a lot of people are getting their panties wet and getting over hyped about this dude just because he's likely to join, he's mediocre and it's mediocre mentality
people are trying to force positives about this deal and I also understand that to some extent but if we want to be great again we need to cut **** like this out of our repertoire, we will be here next year going around in circles again and again and again and I don't want that, I want Wenger to be ruthless and change his tactics for once, you never know, it might work, in the mean time the way it looks we are on course for our worst ever season under Wenger, I know, lets just give our best player to a direct rival
You see where I'm coming from? who cares about losing money if we don't sell him now? do whats better for the club and money is no issue in this matter, it won't effect anyone or anything as we are rich as hell.

Look, the club is in a mess. Our manager is out of time, our board is a joke and our owner is a ****. In that situation we have to see some light in the darkness, otherwise we might aswell kill ourselves and that isnt very attractive in my eyes.

It has been clear since the summer that Alexis is leaving. I don’t see how letting him leave for free is better than getting some money/player in return. Besides, it’s better to start rebuilding now than waiting till the summer.

Arsenal Quotes

Robert Pirès was a fabulous player, world-class, and for a few years, before his injury, he was unquestionably the best left-midfielder in the world by far. He had incredible technique, he was smart, a finisher. He was a killer with a smile, the gentlest man in the world who suddenly drive the ball exactly where it was needed.
