I think it's mainly based on a variety of bookmakers making Arsenal a strong favorite to get him.

Haven't seen much of Andersen but have seen quite abit of Hermoso and he is a very good player. He isn't the tallest so he would need to be in a back 2 with someone taller and very good aerially or in a back 3. Arguably there's more significant clubs after him than Andersen which usually tells something.
