A few good performances, but a mid-table performance overall. We have played better and lost, but we’ll take the three points.

We’ll need to step it up against ManU.

Note: Only Saka is good enough to play on Bellerin’s side.

The sky sports commentary thingy mah bob, quoted Partey as having cramp, whether they're correct or not I have no idea, but fingers crossed.

Saka...what more can you say? Outstanding from Cedric, great energy from Smith-Rowe (rip) special shout out to manz like Pepe, much better fella.

Southampton were no chumps out there.

Sigh of relief with the win. Without it this place would not be particularly pleasant for the rest of the week, and I would say somewhat justified when it comes to competing with Southampton who are injury hit and do not have resources for a deep squad.

Very good game from Saka MOM for sure, Cedric one mistake in the first half but a pretty commanding performance. Play him at right-back when Tierney's fit (weekend hopefully). Pepe one of his best games for us. Laca shrugged off that early miss although I was furious when he let himself drop in the penalty area rather than go on playing. Deserved his goal.

Luiz played like he was Pablo Mari's best ally. Gabriel was poor at the weekend but probably returns on the strength of this.

Hope Martinelli will have some minutes in next game, not sure why he kept Pepe on.

Good to see we getting Ødegaard can't heavily depend on ESR as talent he is putting too much pressure on him is not good not to mention his injury record not great hopefully just a knock today and nothing serious

Only annoying thing about tonights result, is remembering again if we'd not gone through that damn blip a few weeks back, we'd actually be challenging at the top of the league

Sp**s/Pool draw tomorrow and we're just 4/5 points behind both of them and right in the mix for top 4
