I'd say a top quality right back is just as important in the modern game, to go into the season with Bellerin and Chambers would be a big mistake

Yes..we all know a top quality RB would be nice...but @Iwobeast ....We have probably spent around 88 million so far this summer (Adding in 50m Ben White + 15million Pepe install). So how much cash do you think we have? and what positions should we prioritise with the money left? thats all...im just trying to be realistic

Plenty after getting Özil, Mustafi, Kola (hopefully) and Luiz off the books.

We should also be getting fees for Bellerin, Xhaka, Torreria, AMN, Guendouzi and possibly Nketiah, Nelson and Laca.
