Held back in what way? They’re run the same way as us, only difference is their wage bill is tiny in comparison and their turnover is greater than ours. Two reasons for that, they’ve bought more sensibly and didn’t have a ****ish wage system for a decade.

Favorites because somebody placed bets on it with bookmakers and drove the odds down. We don't even know if Robben will continue playing. He's 35 and said just last month that he may retire and will decide after the season.

It’s down to numerous reasons. They didn’t spend anything last season, they’ve got a very low wage bill compared to the other teams they’re competing with, extra revenue from finishing in the top 4 and reaching the CL final.

Potentially, they could just be trying to convince Poch to stay and snub Juventus.
