Do Dortmund even want him back?
Don't think they'd pass on making a profit on him if they sell Halaand. All ifs and buts right now anyway.
Do Dortmund even want him back?
We don't tho. Saka was brought in by Emery, as was Tierney.
ESR was literal forced on him. And not forced like you're trying to paint the Cedric and Mari deals?
He doesn't like to rely on youth players, it's his prerrogative. Even brought Willian on so he could play across the wings and at AM. Asked for him by name.
We don't play the young players... but they do actually play games for us, really weird logic there buddy
Couldn't care less who brought Saka and Tierney in, they're playing right now, meaning they're in favour, meaning we are playing the youngsters. Same with ESR, he's playing, Ødegaard came in straight away, playing. Willian has hardly played a game since boxing day, the young players are currently in favour, you can't deny it when they're actually playing most of our games ffs
Well let’s say if we lodged a £35m bid for Isak today. It would at least put pressure on Dortmund and get an outcome. They are selling Sancho this window so maybe we can get it done before they get the cash guaranteed. The point is that Dortmund holds all the cards.
They can always intervene because Isak agreed to the clause.
It is the reason for the 6 million transfer fee. Isak is an asset after his great season.
But not because the manager wanted to or had any plans to.
They had already broken into the team. Why would a 17 year old come here not to feature any games?
Just look at the Saliba situation. Arteta won't give chances to players unless he's forced to. Job was literally on the line and it took Willian getting sick for ESR to break into the team. That's facts.
But sure, keep believing that Mari, Willian, Cedric were forced in the manager .
It doesn't matter once he gets the 253m war chest he'll get his players in.
When they were linked with him last season, he said he didn't want to return.Do Dortmund even want him back?

Yeah it might be like the Fabregas situation where the buy-back clause is irrelevant if the player doesn't want the move.I don't think he'd go back to Dortmund

We have martinelli and balogun. Fantastic player but how could you believe this crap?
We started the season with 4 RB's and 1 LB so I wouldn't put anything past this regime. We have martinelli and balogun. Fantastic player but how could you believe this crap?
Arteta long term sees martinelli as striker. Even if he doesn’t you don’t sign another young striker when you’ve got one already. You go for someone in the 24-26 range ideally. We won’t sign a striker though.Martinelli is a LW, you need more than one striker and Balogun needs to prove himself. Unless you want to rely on two unproven goalscorers to get you goals long term?

Don’t forget 8 CBS.We started the season with 4 RB's and 1 LB so I wouldn't put anything past this regime.
Hahah, if this is true, Dortmund really screwed up. "Let's sell this very promising player for peanuts, because we have a cunning plan with clauses.. which work only if the player agrees with everything."I don't think he'd go back to Dortmund
Does he though? Because he never plays there. There's no really decent options in that age range. Isak is a real elite option, you don't pass up on that opportunity if it comes around.
