Country: England
Get Isco and maybe Morata for him, buy Mbappe.

We need to embrace being a tier 2 club, sign younger world class talents and develop them together, it's not like we are going to beat the oil clubs or United when it comes to the best now anyway.

I Know Who You Are
So Sanchez wants to go to Madrid, he won't replace Ronaldo or Bale and we could look at a swap deal.

Sanchez and Özil want hugely improved contracts to stay, so of course there are going to be these rumours to put the pressure on - that is what agents do

Would give him all the money he wants,
Make him 2nd captain, and would ask him who he wants us to sign, realistic target of course

Btw; it's Morata, with one T

You have to remember that all the players in our team are responsible for the teams success. For some reason it doesn't work when they are under pressure and you can only blame some of that on the manager.

I can live with losses to Chelsea and Bayern, collapses against teams like Swansea, Everton and Watford and not on. Those weren't tactical problems and just our top players not showing again.

If Alexis wanted to go, then it makes sense to let him and maybe we find a better way to perform.

Why so serieuse?
I'm still hoping we hold on to him for the last year of his contract and then let him leave for a free. We have to keep one of Özil/Sanchez in order to not totally disrupt our play going into the new season. And if both of them are angling for a move, it'll make more sense to let Özil go and keep Sanchez. One thing we know with Sanchez is that he'll keep giving his best till the last day, contract or no contract.

230-250k per week for both of them should not be something we are negotiating.

The risk of losing them is greater than we actually think. Yes players can be replaced and no one player is bigger than the team, but the time it takes for us to find adequate replacements will cost us much more than what it would take for them to be on 230-250k for 2-3 years.

If we keep them to the end of their contracts they will be approaching 30 anyway. We may lose a fee, but with just one year it won't be huge. This will show that the club are not so easily pushed around and take us through the managerial transition where everything will look different.

It seems pointless making big changes to the playing staff until a new boss comes in.

League is very weak
Guessing Arsenal want to tie both down to 200K a week.

Going rate for the top player is now probably closer to the 250K range.

It is well known the referees are protected very well like the lions in the zoo so we have to live with their decisions
