Arsenal buying two wor

Why don't we talk about signing Griezmann, James Rodriguez, Bernardo Silva.

No any top players would like to play under Wenger anymore because they know he can't challenge the title. Sanchez leaving prove that all. What had been said by Mourinho about Wenger The Specialist in Failure seems right and undebatable now.

in a tough position because we want to replace our top class players, but we wont be playing CL. we dont have the astranomical pull of United due to their stature and transfer kitty. so we are in a big problem if we lose sanchez or both

Agreed. The prospect of playing ALONGST Sanchez and Özil is actually the pull we need to use to get 1-2 more amazing players in.
If one or both leave this makes everything a 100times harder

but Holding’s hair transplant was painless
You can't really replace Sanchez or Özil like for like. You simply re-arrange your team. Player plus cash deals are so rare but I'd be tempted with Sanches or Costa.

while Manchester United are talking about signing Griezmann, James Rodriguez , Bernardo silva....we are living in fear of losing Alexis Sanchez. This show how mediocre we are now. **** wenger and the whole board

Yeah it's going to be difficult to take 6th place from United if we keep this up.

From that link:

"German newspaper Bild sound much less hopeful in their Wednesday edition, making it sound like Arsenal have pushed Bayern aside on wages. Bild say, according to their own information, that Arsenal have offered ‘just over €20m per season’ to Sanchez.

Crucially, that’s a figure Bild say Bayern won’t compete with. It would topple their long nurtured pay system, which sees Robert Lewandowski receive €16m per year."

We're apparently paying Sead £140k a week (unless that figure's including the signing on bonus), so I wouldn't be surprised if our own wage structure is changing.

About time our wage structure is changing we have to do that if we want to keep our stars players or sign top quality players.

Certainly would believe local press of the clubs involved over Chilean. Pretty sure the Chilean paper linking him to Bayern is the one that had Vidal going to Utd for the whole summer.

If we offered that he will stay, would be a huge statement that we can compete at least regarding wages.
He is a winner tho he could reject and move to Bayern to win easy titles. If he does stay and sign with us then this gonna be great news for us it will up to Wenger just to add more good players to squad and sell some bad players so we can be ready to compete

Trust me ,99% of Southamericans goes for wages first, dont know if it is because of agents or family , it is just like that. Only if wages are the same or bigger he d go to Bayern. That is why I always held the stance that it is on the club to keep him and not sell us stories like with RVP and others.

I am more worried about PSG, they can really test our wages and Kroenke.

Sanchez would go to Bayern if the wages were lower by a "small" 1-2 million margin. I guess the bonuses on winning the Bundesliga could offset that (question: are bonuses factored in wages per-week calculations?).

Most SA players provide for a large number of family members and leaches (who can also be family members, heh). Add that to a top flight career that can go down the drain with a shawcrossing of an eye.

A lot of them also come from low income backgrounds, so it's a lot of people and pressure.

All this making it rain on Sanchez with 20 mil offers sounds very much like the calm before the storm.

Nothing Wrong With Me
Something is brewing. All we need now is Alexis to be fit for Sat, score a hatrick as we beat Chelsea, then sign a new contract next week! :)

Yup big game on Saturday, even bigger game in keeping Sanchez, hopefully we will play both games this time around and not wait for others to make their moves as usually.
