£70m plus being able to tap into the cash reserves is what i'd expect. It would probably be £100m plus cash reserves if we were in the champions league. Anyway, You could get Horn and Evans for £10m and still have a nice chunk to play with. There's a long list of good players available for free as well who'd improve the squad.
