Seems to be a real heavy revamp of our U23's. Assuming this is mainly for resale if they don't break into the first team.
Even if you make £3-10M per player its pretty solid profit.

Still more than most of the Premiership has managed.
So far only the only signings of note have been,

Brighton - Veltman, Lallana
Liverpool - Tsimikas

It's early days and nobody is doing much in the market. I share your concern about the lack of outgoings though.

Outgoings is only an issue if we really do need to sell before we buy, which i've seen no indication as of yet that we have to do.
If we can bring in our main targets then make sales its not a problem, there's 6 weeks left to make sales.
