Sangare £35 million-we need midfielders to win their duels. Those matches against Newcastle, Palace and Nottingham Forest gave me nightmares because it was so easy to get kicked around.

Hickey £20 million. Versatile and hopefully fit.

Altogether: £130 million spent.

I think the minimum will be 6 new signings atleast 3 of them should be really very good quality.

Pretty much this but if we are to believe the Hickey links, he will provide cover at both LB & RB..

Will need a winger to replace Pepe, unless Arteta wants to see what Nelson can do. Doubt it tho.

We desperately need proper cover for Partey, but seems we are settling for Elneny. *sigh

I'd like us to go for Kalvin Philips. His England performances are excellent & he is perfect for us. Reckon he might stay with Leeds tho unless City come in for him.

I would prefer our main signings to be starters and bench the current players.

Yeah I'm not saying anything about not doing it in stages. He mentioned elite full backs. I'm not saying that. Never did actually.

I basically am saying we want to sign 3 or 4 first team players who relegate our current starters to the bench. Therefore means we have more competition and a stronger bench.

I don't know if Hickey comes in and says Tierney I'm taking your shirt. Does he come in all nice and accept a squad position and his time will come in 3 or 4 years.

We don't need 19 year old prospects. We need starters. That doesn't mean spending 50m. But maybe looking more carefully.

Bissouma or Phillips for me. Both available for probably 30m. Proven in league. Good age.
