There's no way this is Tierney's own chain, he looks scundered to be wearing it haha

Gold chains are big in Scotland you know. Been there to see my cousins, interesting fashion.

My cousins aren’t Scottish though, their dad was a criminal and had to run off there .

Probably some of the nicest people you’ll meet, but I don’t know, the older I’m getting the more you realise everyone is the same and generally everybody is nice.

He actually didn’t have a good game, got slaughtered by Sarr and would occasionally boot the ball out of play

His dribbling is a little suspect, and he’s not a great passer but he’s got a good cross. Our left side works better going forward with Saka in there instead of him but he’s better defensively.

Some clutch clearances as always, a goal and an assist - we’ll take those.

Not sure I agree here - I think he did well against Sarr until Kola came on.

Every fullback playing for attacking team will struggle against pacy winger like Sarr he struggled a bit but was our best defender today

True but not a great game by his own standard. Imagine how crap Kola is when he was brought on to help him but instead made things worse for him:lol:
Yeah, I wouldn't say Tierney was great today but it was an adequate enough performance that I don't think he did badly.

WTF are you talking about?

He was by far our best defender today. Watford rarely attacked down his side of the pitch in the first half. But when Kola came on, it was if we were one man down on defense. Can't blame Tierney for that

Arsenal Quotes

The coach's role is to make the player understand everything that serves the interest of the game. To do this he must speak to the child within each player, to the adolescent he was and the adult he is now. Too often a coach tends only to speak to the adult, issuing commands for performance, for victory, for reflection, to the detriment of the child who is playing for pleasure, living in the present.
