How come no one said the project and CL in 2 years?
That not guarantee specially in PL lol but we if successful get lautaro and good midfielder we should be strong contender for 3rd or 4th the current squad won't get above 6thHow come no one said the project and CL in 2 years?
Auba is on 300k. 2 years left on his deal. That’s 31 million in wages left. He ain’t walking out on that. He is also comfortably better striker than MartinezAgree…isn’t he always late while captain and highest paid
Post Wenger the answer is money, unless you’re from Brighton. You could have asked that about quite a few players we have signed in recent years.
True but can you think of a player who’d choose us ahead of Chelsea? Unless you’re actually at Chelsea and no longer wanted.I know we're **** rn but Arsenal is still Arsenal
Yeh it is money. I didn’t say the reason was a pure onePost Wenger the answer is money, unless you’re from Brighton.

No I don't but that's a different matter altogether, if arsenal comes calling with no one else interested chances are you are going to join simplePost Wenger the answer is money, unless you’re from Brighton.

promise? Why? Auba and Laca won't be here forever.
And that's the approach which ruins teams. I prefer a good solid and balanced team than unbalanced but with some "superstars". Anyway an striker is nothing without a good midfield. There's no other upcoming superstar available for Arsenal regardless of position in the market . Grab that chance and sign him
This is spot on. We have been resorting to the same approach for years now and it has dug us into this hole. We should be trying to fix the weaknesses in our squad with players perfectly suited for that role. Not just buying any superstar who becomes available. And that's the approach which ruins teams. Then who is going to replace Nketiah, Laca and Auba?Another player that everyone rates but no one has watched. Would be a complete waste of money, he’d be destroyed in the prem.
Balogun and martinelli are far more talented.
Can Lacazette play LB?This also shows Lacazette is clear of Aubameyang now. Maybe it should be Auba we should try to shift.
Neither could auba. At least laca would offer some simple basic general play. Can Lacazette play LB?
You seem to love a dude who is not natural goal scorer and poor finisher. I would be amazed if he got 10 goals in the pl. p4p one of the most overrated strikers out there.Neither could auba. At least laca would offer some simple basic general play.
He can't even run 30m so it's irrelevantNeither could auba. At least laca would offer some simple basic general play.
If you pass your way up the pitch, teamwork combination play is important, to work the ball into the box.He can't even run 30m so it's irrelevant
You are clueless. Star striker for Inter is lukaku. You sound like one of those hippies who argue passing is the most important thing for defenders. This guy has worse goal ratio than laca has in pl and less assist. He has same amount of assist as Auba who you claim can’t pass. Last 3 years in their league same amount of assist as Auba lool. So much for this creative genius you are selling usIf you pass your way up the pitch, teamwork combination play is important, to work the ball into the box.
Running with zero general play contribution means we are one man down in the build up.
By the way, I never rated laca, it’s just that auba and nketiah are even shxtter.
We don’t have enough goals because we are not controlling matches, so we are not creating enough chances, and therefore, not enough goals.
Having auba, or adding another poacher is further worsening the situation. We would have even less control, creating even less chances, and scoring even less goals.
