Nagelsmann was never coming , his name was thrown in there just to make it look like Artie was chosen above these talented names . Just spin .

Then why insult our intelligence & build up the hopes of the fanbase only to go with their predetermined choice?

This smacks of arrogance & contempt as opposed to the foresight & innovation bent that malicious cabal running the club keep claiming.

Arteta seems like the sensible choice in what would likely to be a more modern coaching role rather than the classic "manager" role.

Really, all we want from the next manager/coach is that he maintains the classy approach of Wenger, but is more tactically astute and more pragmatic when the time calls for it. That is already an improvement on the "last ten years" Wenger. We already have the guys to deal with transfers and finding excellent prospects.

Wow, Arsenal will announce Arteta on Thursday, least we've been quick about this.

Not sure I understand the sacking of Colin Lewis etc... Surely he has masses of experience.

To be fair, we seem to have a problem of 2 week injuries turning into an entire season out lol. I'm exaggerating of course (just slightly), but haven't we complained enough about how "our players" are always out for really long periods of time?

The DialSquare meltdown is great. He's been at stage 1 for three days.

This is the man who denied Cesc was moving to Chelsea until the very last. Even when Cesc was pictured in a Chelsea top he claimed it to be fake. Good times.

Arsenal Quotes

Robert Pirès was a fabulous player, world-class, and for a few years, before his injury, he was unquestionably the best left-midfielder in the world by far. He had incredible technique, he was smart, a finisher. He was a killer with a smile, the gentlest man in the world who suddenly drive the ball exactly where it was needed.
