the problem here according to all report from spain that Torreira only want to join A.Madrid. we really need to include obligation of at least 20M even if it mean we can't get partey.
That’s the thing though, Atletico won’t agree to an obligation because it’s basically like selling us Partey for €30m + Torreira. If they guarantee us a fee for Torreira we will more than likely activate Partey’s release clause.

After all this as petty as it is i would be incredibly tempted if i were Arsenal to use Parteys RC on the last day of the window. No worries about worsening relations with a club that doesn't negotiate and who we never do business with anyway.

The only reason Arsenal have not sold Torreira already to an Italian team is because of the player's DECISION. Torreira only wants to go to Atlético and he has told Edu, his agent and Simeone. He stopped everything for Atleti.

they making things really complicated. well that their fault of putting only £45M clause in Partey contract. Mikel and Edu need to start talking to Partey just convince him to push for a move.
hopefully we send Torreira on loan to Torino and activate Partey release clause in last 2 days of the window so i can see David guy raging.

One option Arsenal could do if Torreira doesn't accept Torino, is selling Elneny and keeping Torreira for that spot.

Well Arteta clearly values Elneny a lot more. If Torino offer an acceptable deal and Torreira chooses to not go and he has to spend a season not playing then it's on him.
