Might as well play 3 at the back if we’re going to play fullbacks in the centre. At least we’ll have the numbers to hopefully deal with what’s thrown our way. I’d like Kos to play but not sure if he’ll be risked..

We have tried Xhaka in left back position this season so he is a candidate too.

Think I'd go with this. Best to start Kos or Monreal rather than bring them on, then if they can only last part of the game, it gives you the chance to use their substitution to make a tactical change. Makes sense to have them on the sides of a back 3 also, a formation that worked against Bournemouth, Sp**s, Man Utd. I was shocked to see Lacazette play in the Europa League, I can't help but feel it was unnecessary with the number of fixtures coming up. I guess Emery knows what he's doing.
