With end of the season fast approaching, who has been the best performers in their respective positions this season?

Ramsdale/Allison

Trippier Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko

Ødegaard Partey KDB

Saka Haaland Rashford

Honourable mentions

Botman: He's been very good for a Newcastle team chasing CL qualifications and has been one if their best performers but one could argue he's protected by their ultra low block

Casemiro: He's slotted in well into United's midfield but you just get the feeling that he's a ticking time bomb. Misses too many games through suspensions

Shaw: Really harsh on him not be included. He's been one one of best LB and arguably the most improved player in the league this season. But there's levels to this game. No way he gets in over Zinchenko.

White: Been very solid and dependable even though it's not his natural position but he's taken to RB like duck to water. But Trippier has simply been better.

Kane: Any other season, mouth-breather would be favourite to win the golden boot with his 21 goals in the PL but he's unlucky to be competing against cyborg.

Martinelli: Despite having lots of detractors (myself included) he's managed to keep producing at very decent level. If not for the world class form Rashford's been this season, he'd probably have gotten the nod for the LW.

Almiron: Been very good. But patchy.

Edit: forgot about Xhaka. He's been very this season. But KDB still ahead if of despite being below his his best this season.

Young player of the year: Saka

Player of the year: Haaland.

Typical @Oxeki dropping another one of his classic fumbles/changers as Xhaka is not even on the subs bench, while some average players are featured in bench as well as KDB who is far from his best.

Despite KDB being below his best, he's still been better than Xhaka. If Xhaka was playing the way KDB playjhg or posting his stats, we'd all been jizzing ourself.

Yeah, think it's harsh on Xhaka. He's been a top 5 CM in the league this season but like I said before, there's levels to this game.

Nice to see two of our boys get recognition. Unfortunately it means neither gets it probably because they'll split the Arsenal vote.

Shocking, KDB has had a poor season and Saka has been the best player in the league.

Maybe I didn't make it clear earlier, this is a POTY prediction thread.

Besides, KDB has has had good numbers despite having a subpar season.

If you give Haaland POTY, you have to give him YPOTY too. He qualifies for it.
