Incorrect comparison, Pulis would've at least took Chelsea to a stalemate in the Europa League final which would've resulted in penalties.

Perfectly fine with Monreal as 2nd choice LB for 1-2 seasons, a solid option when/if Arsenal play in a back 3, and an emergency choice at CB should injury strike.

Need to get Kolasinac out to get his pricey long-term deal off the books and so we don't need to play a back 3 just to accommodate his inability to play in a back four. Would be okay with any transfer fee so long as Tierney is signed to replace him.
