Any done deals, rumours or transfer related news then shove 'em in here.

It's been a pretty quiet window, main event will surely be Torres' potential £50m move to Chelsea.

There's hardly been any activity regarding us; the usual bs or will Wenger pull a surprise out of the bag?

Doubt the Torres deal will materialise in the next 15hours. Have a feeling they'll have to wait until the summer to get El Nino.

There will be a number of smaller deals but no huge ones, unless Chavski offer silly money. I'm predicting a quiet day

If the Torres deal DOES materialise, I seriously doubt that Chelsea will qualify financially for the 2013 CL. Good news for us!

The Torres deal wouldn't happen; Abramovich is not a mong like those Arabs and he wouldn't let clubs and players take him for a ride. If Liverpool don't sell Torres now, I can see them being forced to sell him cheaply this summer. By then Torres has only 2 years left in his contract.

50 mil is alot but thats what you have to pay these days for world class players.

Chelsea need that with their ageing squad and Liverpool could do with a big change. Yes gutting to lose Torres but clubs and players change.

Sp**s apparently had a bid of 45 million Euros turned down for Aguero and one of 38.5 million Euros turned down for Lloriente.

Why are they coming in with such mammoth offers now? I am sure they would have gotten one of those two had they offered the same money at the beginning of the window.

Can't see Torres leaving, another Rooney/Tevez situation IMO.

Twitchy looks pretty desperate with all these failed deals aswell. Aguero? How is he gonna lead the line with VDV behind? Crazy.

SSN: Newcastle have rejected £30 million pound bid from Liverpool for Carrol.

Now that is just fkin ridiculous, if he's worth £30 million (the same as David Villa, althouth age difference etc) then Fernando Llorente's worth £40 million minumum.

RAWK have picked up on it, apparently a few ITK's on twitter have said Pool accepted an offer.

And bid 30m for Carroll earlier too!

As usual, on deadline day, Twitter rumours are hilarious

Don't rely on twitter for your transfer news.......stick with Sky (as advised by Sky on air this morning ).

Guardian Liverpool had a 25m bid for Carroll rejected!

Now I've talked Carroll up on here this season but this is crazy money.

Rumours are rife on twitter that Liverpool are bidding 30 million pounds for Andy Caroll!!!

Now, they could really use the money they'll get from the Torres deal but replacing Torres with Caroll and 10 million more is sheer stupidity.
