I've thought for awhile that our biggest weakness - the gap we need to fill - is leadership. And I don't mean captaincy-type stuff. What I mean is bringing in a couple of players who are determined, tenacious, who can run all day and defend. Lead by example.

What I think ita would do is reduce the burden on some of our players who are more reluctant defenders or are better suited to other tasks. One of the things players train for is execution under fatigue: reduce the fatigue and you should be able to improve execution over the course of the game.
