I honestly aim to live my life the way Wenger does, to be even a quarter of the man is something I strive to be. His attitude towards life and the way he interacts with other people is something I even envy at times. The way he gets up early, works out straight away, is always on time, prepares everything, his diet and how he treats everybody he knows is remarkable.

Not really difficult to wake up early, work out, be on time and eat healthy whilst being polite and respectful to those who deserve it.

This is someone commenting on an article about Wenger in the Guardian. This surely isn't the only person out there who's been affected by Wenger in this way, there are countless others. Away from the tangible achievements of Wenger's career there are many intangible ones that are just as significant in my opinion. This is just one of them: creating teams that overcame the tribalism of football and made the neutrals fall in love with them.

I could not be prouder to have had this man as our manager. I don't care about question marks and failings, I just think we've been so incredibly lucky to have had him. It might seem very frustrating sometimes to support Arsenal Football Club, but really it ain't so bad at all.

I can't put into words all of the immense feelings I've had for him down the years, all I can say is that i'm really going to miss him.
