His loan spell at Deportivo was incredibly mediocre, he's spent most of his career in mediocrity before being given the chance at Arsenal. He'll be 30 in 2 months he's not gonna up his level at this stage of his career. He's probably championship level.

Don't like the words but agree on the process. Welbeck is an A+ individual as far as one can judge, is a solid player and could've been more but unlucky. As for Lucas, he never got a chance, but we need young players with triple A ceiling, so sell
Not same level or ceiling but versatile on the left hand side able to play LB, LWB & a defensive LM. Good squad player now & potential starting LB.
