Caicedo has a higher ceiling than Rice talent wise. I don't think there's many with his potential around. Obviously both would be a dream tho as Rice offers more which isnt tangible.

There high possibility we land both because teams around us either not interested (man city) or have problems financially (Chelsea and utd) Liverpool targeting other players and Newcastle not attractive yet. Teams in europe can't compete financially.

He's the no brainer for me. 21 years old, consistently putting in the dominant midfield performances he was. Like you said, high, high ceiling.
