No, it's a clickbait or a bad news for Arsenal.
The original story from OK Calcio Mercato (which is unknown and unreliable source itself) said really this:
"The Italian club have accepted the offer of 80 million plus bonuses and commissions for the striker BUT the striker has a silent agreement with Juventus that he lets his contract expire in 2023."
So the lazy journo from "Sporf" cut the second part of the phrase to say "it's great, Arsenal fans, Fiorentina has accepted the bid".
