Well, yes. This whole idea is american as **** even if Perez spearheaded it in the end. Arsenal, ManU, Liverpool owners will be fighting to the last to go through with it.

Hopefully this ends with all three of our clubs being sold and them concentrating on domestic sports in america.
Can you imagine Chelsea and city trying to get out and Man U and Arsenal taking them to court trying to uphold it. For years these two clubs and their fans have given these two clubs sh1t.

Honestly City has nothing to gain from super league. They are an elite club and best in Uk and will be for years. It would really legitimise them in peoples eyes if they fought this and used this as pr. Football is for the people and we stand with the people

I had a nice £350m transfer budget planned for the ESL and now the plastics go and ruin it by leaving.

Next time Flo, leave it to the professionals.

If this was all a bluff for more money from UEFA, Arsenal and Sp**s will get the brunt of this, in terms of banter/criticism from others.

All the other teams are evil and successful, we are not just **** now, but also evil ffs.

Great PR work from The Arsenal here

They aren't though. They're on the side of money and tv deals.

If somebody comes up with better ideas for football competitions or financial solutions they will fight just as hard against it as they did against the super league. Anything that might take money away from them they will fight.
Yes, they're on their own side of course. Certainly not the good guys.

What a shame.

I was warming up to the idea actually, pity about the cold feet.

We're completely ****ed btw, Kroenke was banking on this Super League. Now we're gonna have no money, stuck with Arteta, mid-table PL side with no European football most likely. Stuck with Kroenke. May still yet be punished for our prominent part in this whole thing.
And yet still preferable to the game(whats left of it) being completely ruined.

Just Arsenal, don't forget that Mourinho was sacked and Sp**s have Harry "The FA's Poster Boy" Kane.

We face the next problem already.

The new Champions League format with more games and automatic qualification if your UEFA quotient is high enough.

It went under the radar, but the mini-super league is coming.

Arsenal Quotes

Don’t be scared to be ambitious. It’s not a humiliation to have a high target and to fail. For me, the real humiliation is to have a target and not to give everything to reach it.
