I actually disagree that it would be better for Gilbert to be playing in a Premiership team. As his likely destination would be to one of the recently promoted sides which may provide too steep a gradient for his development. Justin Hoyte hardly seems to have benefitted from it. Besides, Cardiff are not a terrible team, scored the last F.A Cup goal at Highbury!

He's really good there in FM.

Nein, I think he has played there to good effect in the youth and reserve teams.

aye since his move to the reserves he's been put in a few positions, he had to cover both CB and CM due to injuries.
