Kinda want him to go there soon and flop, tbh.

Needs brought down a bit, the hype around him is madness.

He’s a very good coach but people forget that everything at Brighton is geared towards him succeeding. They players they buy and their whole philosophy enables this kind of manager who puts emphasis on coaching entire patterns of play. And when it goes wrong and they get spanked by 5/6 goals no one bats an eyelid.

Real Madrid is the absolute polar opposite of this. Their philosophy is more about individualism, their style of play under Ancelotti is more relationism, their fans are the most impatient in all of football.

Would be an absolute disaster. He could be a really good fit for Arsenal but he needs a few more years at somewhere like Brighton.

He's actually not even that good, he'd be quite average in Italy. Inzaghi Gasperini Italiano etc plenty who are a clear cut above.

Made to look better in England because of the Cro Magnons who run around "managing" in the league. Fogging estandards are in the toilet bro the league's led by a fat penguin who's go to tactic is VAR & inshallah.

As a grown man now with bills and fambly, 5k per week is worth swerving my car on the road. Have come to understand Ashley with age.

Same. For some it is chump change, but I could desperately use every last pence

Strange. Birmingham is good this season, don't see any reason why they should sack their current manager.
A bit like Bournemouth sacking O'neil.

New owners want their own guy.

There are smart new owners and there are dumb new owners and if your new owners are firing the manager that has you sitting in a playoff position to bring in a drunk who has been a disaster in two brief management stints before just for name recognition, you probably don’t have the smart guys in charge.

The obsession that English football clubs have with handing guys like Rooney/Lampard/Gerrard high-level jobs with no experience or success just because they were good at kicking a ball in 2007 is so strange.

Arsenal Quotes

When you grow up with a club and you end up playing for them and winning things, you are from that club. I was born here. I was formulated here.
