Except one just did last season. And they played him the season before too while he was their own player.

You need to check your facts!

Not a fan of a loan at all. Just develop the guy within our own ranks. We have 6 plumbers and Gabriel ahead of him, surely he can't be worse.

Yeah for a season, not a few months...

They asked for him for ONE game because the season was extended beyond his loan period.

Like I said - you need to check your facts.

This is so strange so according to Arteta's assessment he is just as bad as Zak medley, so we spent 30 million on a development project, wow this club man we love to take L's....

If he were to go on loan in the Championship Brentford is the best choice. Club in London, one of the best teams in the divison and plays good football.

Better extend his contract, that’s 2 years gone.

Will he extend? We didn't allow him to play in the French cup last year and now we messed up his loan move back to Saint Etienne, something he probably would've wanted.

Lol course he will we’re Arsenal just need to do it ASAP. When a player is down you swoop in with the new deal, when you the player’s future at this club. Might just be the little boost he needs.

He went from regular game time in France to no minutes here, that's terrible for his development.

This. Young CB's need minutes. It's always good for the forum when the two baddest boys on here get along.

We can't discount the mental factor too. He went from being an important starter for a Ligue 1 club to rubbing shoulders with developing kids. People can rightly question the quality of playing for St. Etienne in Ligue 1 but they can not question how important the club is to the fans. This young buck at 18 was overcoming that pressure on a regular basis.

It's disrespectful to Saliba to ask him to play in our u23's.

being a big player in a lesser club could do wonders for his morale, and being highly valued by other players and manager would help with his social integration too - the lad needs friends

Agree. Yeah playing time is important but he's still a baby, he'll have plenty of opportunity to play.

Let's get him familiar with the city, his teammates, the style of play and the language then we can loan him out if needs be.
