That was our best performance of the season imo . We hung in when we came under a barrage of set pieces in the first half , came out unscathed and eventually got on top of them . Would have been happy with a point so that was big bonus at the end there .

Glad Jack was on the field for that victory .

Can agree with you here Veteran. We hung in there and kept things simple yet effective at the back.

Excellent win, and testament to some good work being done behind the scenes at the moment. A special mention to our fitness levels as well, we are looking solid.

On to the next game, we need a continuation of this consistency.

The extra stank with the left arm made the penalty an easy call from where baldy was perched. Easy call. If Burnley fans want to be pissed, they should be pissed at Tarkowski because it was completely unnecessary.

Good subs by Arsène today...Both Jack and Danny did well when they came. Also liked the subtle tactical changes the last 15 min, with Kos positioned as a RB/RW. We really went for it at the end.

You dont always need leaders to get a result. If the defence is organised against teams like Burnley and you dont make silly errors, you dont need a leader. When the chips are down though, you need them. And we've shown we've lacked that figure in those situations.

I often berate refs but must say today was different. Think we got the rub of the green during this game. Nice to come away with 3 points at Burnley. Had this down as a draw but nothing beats a late penalty. Must be bitter for the Burnley fans though. They must be fuming right now.

No we didn't. We were getting fvcked for ridiculous non-existant fouls while our players where getting smashed in the face for nothing. We should've had a 2nd pen on Bellerin. We won the game fair and square.

Rub of the green, you must be joking. The penalty was a pen, there should have been one on Bellerin and they were given a free kick that I'm still laughing about now.
