Good to see someone wanting to pay more than 10m for a young player from Arsenal. Just shows what a small run of form can do to the price of a player.

But with ESR it's not just a small run of form. He performed at a low level club in Championship, and also has been among the top rated youngsters here for a long time. Instantly adjusting to EPL level.

Villa will keep trying until he signed new contract. He extremely talented and got similar abilities to Grealish. His agent putting too much pressure on us we need to give ESR and his agent what they want at this point

These agents these days are c**ts just like Bolagun agents they won't go away until they get what they want. Won't be surprised his agent telling villa to keep trying its win-win for him either way.

ESR needs to tell his asshole agent to relax a bit. Starting to disrespect the club with this, he’s a boyhood Arsenal fan no?

His agent is acting like his client is from São Paulo or some ****.

The club can’t be seen to sell him whatever happens. Pretty sure they’d let him walk for free and make it look like they did everything to keep him rather than sell him.

Only way you do this deal is for all the money they get for Grealish. Which they won't do. So you never do this deal

Aston Villa need to sit down and recognise their place

yeah, time to up that contract offer!

fairly relaxed with Villa but we cant be messing around now under 24 months... if a club turn his head can just end talks with us pretty much forcing our hand.

Why so serieuse?
The agents are controlled by the players, no? How did Tierney sign an extension with minimum fuss. ESR needs to sign that extension.

It depends on the situation really. Some players put a lot of trust in their agents while some players are determined to not let them disrupt their football.

ESR is certainly going to anger some Arsenal fans considering how far this has gone. He should tell his agent to meet in the middle and get this wrapped up. Plenty of time to earn an extra ten thousand a week. He should concentrate on football with pre season around the corner.

Arsenal Quotes

Ian Wright was the incredible striker for whom those around him sometimes found hard to control especially the opponents. He was an extrovert, hyperactive, and had endured an extremely hard life. His playing style was instinctive, and he had that killer instinct, a player like no other.
