Think they realise that if they bow down to American owners it won’t be long until the clubs are franchises playing elsewhere and the PL is a shadow of itself.

The quote about American owners still unable to get their heads around the concept of relegation sums up their relationship with "Soccer" Part of what makes any league so exciting is the fact that teams are playing for their right to be in that league, or better still gain promotion to a higher league. If you cant get your head around that then get the fvck out of our game!

Football sold it out. We sold our club to American so we are big part of the problem. So are man u and Liverpool. If the yanks get their way rest of the teams should be like a G League where the top 16 draft the best players from those clubs.
