It’s not always clear guys. You can have a bracket with say 5 goalkeepers. All the above are in that bracket. De Gea is made to look good because Manchester United defence gives him the chance to shine. They don’t defend like a top team for some reason. They concede a lot of chances.
When de gea is playing for Spain for example he is required to make Maybe 3 saves per game, he loses his concentration and make mistakes when required to make saves. His distribution is not that good either.

Biggest problem with De Gea is that he is a clear level below most and 2 below Neuer in regard to off line stuff. He's good on the line but going out he isn't all that. Which in today's world and as set by a new standard by Neuer, one of the most important things

Allisson so overrated, unreal. Played one season in Italy and is touted to be top 5 goalkeepers in the world? Ridicilous. Maybe in two seasons we can talk. One season means nothing. Roma owned Liverpool with this one. You could get Oblak for that money, unreal.

At the moment based on last season he is one of the top 5 keepers in the world there's no question about it. And Oblak would cost £80M minimum as that's his release clause.

Based on his matches in the world cup he looked nothing special, so by your logic of basing someones talent on the last games he should be seen as bang average right now. Anyone wants Lemar right now?
not sure you need to pay 80mil for oblak though. Maybe now though as you can sell an unproved talent who had a good season for 13 mil less than someone who has been word class for seasons...

He is not really he is good keeper and that's it he hasn't prove anything yet same Liverpool team put 7 past him in CL. he is not De Gea or Oblak that can get you 3 points when they look unbeatable.

Its a good signing for Liverpool no questions whatsoever but this guy is shaky and there will be a lot of focus on him from now on considering his price tag and Liverpool's eternal GK situation. Every little mistake will be scrutinized.

Didn't say he was near those two, not many in world football are. But in the bracket below that Alisson is top.
I just dislike the whole he signed for Liverpool for big money therefore he's immediately not as good suggestions from SOME on here. Not naming names. If he signed for us he'd be a top 5 keeper in the world and that would come from the same mouths who're slaughtering him.
Can see Sp**s end up buying him. Crystal Palace value him 70M pounds. yep.

Neuer, while a great goalie, is prone to make howlers and he's done quite a few over his career. Sometimes he plays like a kid who doesn't give a **** about consequences.

Not seeing from where this is coming from. De Gea did more mistakes in the world cup of what I can remember Neuer doing in the last 3-4 seasons.
Neuer is the Messi of goalkeepers - the GOAT.

You need to do more than one solid season to be considered one of the best GKs and have a huge price tag. Apart from Juve and Napoli Serie A is a poverty league tbh.
He was bang average in WC and in the CL play-offs. I feel Pool are massively overpaying here as they are desperate for a quality GK.
