Who is touching Auba on that wage? Not a single team in the world. Maybe Laca, but I don't know about that either. I mean, from his POV, if he leaves now he won't get anything close to the wages he gets here, for him it makes sense to wait it out, sign for free next summer, hell, even for free hee ain't getting the wages he got here, but he might get something decent. So yeah, we are stuck with the chuckle brothers

This guy actually needs to be sacked. Getting rid of Guendouzi, Özil and Saliba, then selling Willock now he wans rid of our talisman? If you've got any sort of talent you're out the door in Arteta's regime. Absolutely incredible stuff. How is this being allowed to happen?

Think we would struggle to sell Auba anyway considering there has been no bidders for Laca. Must be a bit unsettling though. I'd want Auba knowing he was the main man and feeling like a super-human going into the season ideally.

Literally one year ago we gave him a new contract on massive wages talking about how he was our most important player and it was vital we kept him, and he was actually attracting interest. Now when he's virtually unsellable we've decided we might be better off without him, this club is hilarious.

If it was truly Arteta's plan to have him playing on the wing into his 30's then we should never have renewed him.

Can't see us being able to move him on with that contract but if we did, good luck replacing a 20 goal a season player with a couple weeks to go.

Not surprising really given his comments about him. It won’t happen though. We gave him too much money.

If Arteta is locked in playing Auba on the wings, trying to offload him is the most sensible thing we can do. He ain't producing no sauce from there.

This can be rectified with a striker and a goal scoring AM.

Arsenal Quotes

The only moment of possible happiness is the present. The past gives regrets. And future uncertainties. Man quickly realised this and created religion. It forgives him what he has done wrong in the past and tells him not to worry about the future, as you will go to paradise.
