We have 7 front line attackers.
Jesus, Saka, Martinelli, Nketiah, ESR, Nelson, Marquinos.
ESR is unreliable, Nelson isn’t good enough for a team with title hood and Marqy is going on loan most likely. Jesus being injured leaves you with just three.

Nelson and Marquinhos wouldn't start at any other Premier League club. Shove them up your hole.

They don’t need to start, and no I am not writing them off like you. No one here knows a damn thing about Mudryk. They are just over excited by transfers and gossip. No guarantee he’s better than Nelson or Marquinos.

You’re just going based off numbers not quality or style. Out of all of those players, the actual proper 1on1 wingers are only Saka Martinelli Nelson and Marquinhos.

And then out of those 4 there is a massive drop off from Saka and Martinelli to the other 2. The drop off is way too big to be successful as a CL side.

If we just look at bodies like you are, we won’t get anywhere. We were doing that for years with no success until we started clearing the squad out and buying the correct players for each position.

Some fans need switching on again.

When we had Bergkamp, Henry, Wiltord, Kanu, Pires & Ljungberg....and then signed RVP & then signed Reyes....did anyone moan? No.

I really don't understand some of the members on here crying because we are trying to strengthen & make our squad competitive.

It's happening. Deal with it.

Our manager and scouts think he's good enough to spend €65m on so I think it's fair to say they rate him a lot higher than Marquinhos and Nelson.

I have some hope left with Nelson. Served to improve this year.
ESR is still young. He has time to get over the stop start nature of his career to date.

Jesus being injured doesn’t mean we need to go and spend £75-80m on an unproven forward. That’s why we had Nketia as one of our options.

Oh did Nelson and Marquinhos tear up a CL group stage?

Do you mean 2 goals against Celtic and one against RP Leipzig over the course of 12 matches in the CL? Or is it the You tube video of him tearing it up against Real Madrid in his 3 losses and 1 draw against them without scoring

Question, would people still sign this guy if it meant selling Martinelli? Because our main reason for signing him would be to have leverage in our contract position. Sign or we sell you before it's too late.
Why does it have to be the extreme with you guys?

City had foden, Alvarez city on bench last game, no one is taking about selling anyone.

Why can't arsenal have 3 wingers competing for 2 positions over 60 games a season?

There’s no timeline on Jesus returning. You what happens if one of the front 3 get injured, you think Nelson/Marqy could fill in for them for an extended period? They’ve shown nothing to suggest that.

It still begs the question - what is ESR’s role when he’s back?

Ødegaard and Vieira have #10 covered.

So he must count as a winger still who offers something different strategically.

This needs to be hammered into the heads of our collective fanbase.

We're not a minnow that struck gold with an academy product & exceptional winger from abroad. We're a proper big club that aims to rise back to the pinnacle of world football where our club belongs.

We have a great football heritage, lofty ambitions, management/players who share said ambitions & the resources to realize them!!

So what, the Kroenkes have turned into Father Christmas let’s go with it and buy, buy, buy before they turn back to being the Grinch.

I know you keep saying this, but actually we’re not spending any more than the other top clubs.
You are comparing to the Wenger years with the stadium. That’s not really relevant anymore.
