Must win game.

Let's be honest, they're a far better side than West Ham. Tactically, they're one of the best team in league. They contract the space on pitch and force you to play on their terms and look to impose their game on you. But we're a much different team to the side that lost to them at the tail end of last season tbf.

You can only beat what’s in front of you, but Brighton are missing two very key players in Mac Allister and Caciedo.

Still, the professionalism is fantastic. Just ticking boxes every week.

Focus boys, focus.

We need to not give them a sniff while their blood is rushing to their heads.

We have had some quality teams during the Emirates era (2008, 2015) with superb attacking play and some very good defenders (at least individually)

But @SA Gunner is right, this is our best all round team since 2004/2005....just has a bit of everything, tbh.

Mainly down to Partey and Xhaka, brilliant off the ball...and the sheer physicality that Saliba and Gabriel offers us... the potential of this squad is tremendous.

Love my football team

Can’t discount the improvement from Arteta too. Been a fairly big critic of his the past two years, but he’s found a winning formula this season. None of those frustrating ‘galaxy brain’ tinkers this season either.

A lot of people were questioning whether we’d bounce back from that one but for some reason I think this would be even more demoralising as there’s silverware on the table.

07/08 that group of players weren’t the same after missing out on the title, it’s hard to tell but I think it would be hard to regroup if we capitulate🤞it doesn’t happen but that’s where Arteta will show his worth if that happens.

That group had to rely on Gallas tho. The leg break and Brum game were too much.

We also hadn't won the FA cup and the pressure was a bit bigger insofar as what was expected of us.

This team should have qualified for the CL given the table and where we were.

No one actually fully believes we can win the title, we're all just really hopeful but jaded from Arsenal luck.
