Initial bid will almost always be rejected, so not too fussed about that. If we want him enough, we'll come to an agreement on the fee.

The issue will be in convincing Raphinha imo. Based on the reports, though, I'd assume that he would be open to joining us if his dream move doesn't materialize which is fair enough.

The stars will have to align for this transfer to go through, but Barca seem more interested in Lewy and Bernardo Silva, while Chelsea look like they prefer Sterling or Dembele so the current signs are promising.
