If anyone reliable says City are prepared to bid then Rice has obviously told them he’d be open to join.

That’s being said, no one reliable has said they’d bid.

Seems like its his information. But he is not very reliable when italians isnt involved.

If he does join City then someone needs to be sacrificed, probably Garlick. You can't go into three transfer windows and lose your main targets in each one because you're trying to negotiate like you're the only football club that exists.

It's over, well done to the idiots at the helm for wasting time and now we miss out on our 2 primary targets in Caicedo and Rice.

Arsenal Quotes

Right from his very first match, when Patrick Vieira was as yet unknown to the English public, he showed just how talented he was. No one disputed his ability, and he gave me the credibility and the hold over the club that I needed to take it in the direction I wanted. He and Emmanuel Petit became a duo that would remain forever etched in the memories of Arsenal fans.
